There are both separate ladies and boys hostel facilities for students.In which they can enjoy world class facilities.They have to obey strictly the hostel rules.

RULES :

• At present the boys hostel strength is 84 and girls hostel strength is 76.
• The hostel administration makes necessary arrangements for the supply of hygienic food to the students.
• Allotment of hostel seat is primarily done on the basis of distance from the students's residence to the institute and any other special reasons as rightly considered by the principal.
• The selection for the hostel is to be made by admission committee according to merit and good conduct.
• Admission to the hostel will be strictly provisional and valid for only one academic sessions only.
• The selection of the old boarders will be determined on the basis of their performance in the last semester exam.
• The boarder has to fill up an undertaking duly signed by him and by his father/guardian/teacher to abide by the rules of the hostel during his stay.
• The father/guardian/teacher of the student has to remain present in the hostel at the time of his/her admission taking into hostel.
• The superintendent will maintain an admission register of the boarders stating their bio-data and antecedent during their stay in the hostel.The superintendent will inform the principal his/her parents/local guardian and the H.O.D in case of the boarder's misconduct.
• Since the admission to the hostel is valid for one academic session,boarders are to vacate the hostel at the end of the academic session(by 31st MAY) with their belongings to enable the superintendent for necessary annual repairing.The superintendent will lock up all the rooms till fresh admission and allotment is over.
• The principal is the final authority in respect of admission of boardrs in the hostel and reserves the right of changing any rules as he deems fit.

FURNITURE :

• A room in the hostel will accomodate 4 students ,each of the boarders will be issued with a bed,a table and a chair.
• All the 4 boarders will enjoy a ceiling fan.
• Any willful damage of the hostel furniture by a boarder will make him liable for heavy penalties and also for general breakage will be changed the boarders will be charged at the end of the academic session.
• The superintendent is required to conduct an annual check of the stock of the hostel furniture and other articles and a report of the stock position has to be submitted to the principal before the closure of the institution for vacation.
• Boarders have to switch off bulbs and fans of their respectives rooms when they come out of the hostel for attending classes.

STUDY HOURS :

The hours fixed for study are from 6.30PM to 9PM.

No boarders will ordinarily be allowed to leave room during study hours.

VISITING HOURS :

Monday-Saturday- 4PM to 6PM Sunday-1PM to 6PM

• Father/guardian/friends/relatives of a boarder may be allowed to stay in the hostel for a period not exceeding one day with permission of the superintendent.
• Excursion parties,athletic teams and institute guests may also be allowed temporarily to have shelter in the hostel,provided there are difficulties for such accomodation.

HOSTEL COMMON ROOM :

• The hostel common room provids facilities for newspapers and indoor games to the boarders.
• This room contain articles such as TV,fan,table chairs,tubelights & other furnitures.Caretaker is responsible for the maintainance of those.

MESS ARRANGEMENTS :

• Boarders are required to pay a sum of RS.15,000/- towards mess charges per annum in three installments.
• All boarders ar compelled to take their meals from hostel.No boarders can be allowed to take meal from outside at any circumstances .

MEAL TIMING :

(a)MORNING TIFFIN:07.00am to 09.00am (b)LUNCH:12noon to 2pm (c)DINNER:09.00pm to 10.00pm

• Student has to take his meal in proper time.
• Meal time may be altered by the hostel superintendent.

DISCIPLINE INSIDE THE HOSTEL :

• All boarders must take their bath prior to 7AM everyday.
• Chewing tobacco,bettle nuts or remain intoxication inside the hostel premises strictyly prohibited.For indiscipline they will have to face a penalty of RS.100/- .
• Ragging is strictly banned,for which they will face legal action.
• Mobile phones are prohibited in hostel.

SPECIAL RULES FOR WOMEN'S HOSTEL

• No boarder of the women's hostel is allowed to leave the hostel after 6PM. But in exceptional cases the boarder is permitted to go out side with their parents or recognized guardian with the permission of the Superintendent.
• The boarder is permitted to meet her parents or recognized guardian from 4PM to 6PM. This rule should be strictly adhered to.
• The boarder may leave hostel on holidays and may go home obtaining the prior permission of the Superintendent. They have to submit an application which is duly signed by their parents or recognized guardians for temporary absence from the hostel.
• The period of study is as follows:- 
  • 6.30AM to 9AM
  • 6.30PM to 9PM
